General Admission

Winter hours, 9am to 4pm with last entry at 3pm (June, July, August). 

(Tickets allow admission to Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary anytime between opening hours)

Sanctuary Highlights:

• Enjoy all-day admission to Port Stephens world class conservation attraction!
• Venture on the Sanctuary Story Walk and learn the story of koala as you explore the 250 metre path filled with large scale koala sculptures and educational information.
• Pass by the Koala Hospital viewing window for a chance to witness resident koalas being cared for by veterinary professionals and passionate volunteers.
• Visit our wild resident recovering koala in their natural habitat via the Sanctuary Sky Walk and viewing platform - an elevated treetop canopy boardwalk and observation platform.

Ticket Information:

• Tickets provide all day general admission from 9am till 5pm with last entry at 4pm (Sanctuary Sky Walk closes at 4.45pm).
• Adults are (18 years+)
• Child are (3 to 17 years). Note: Children under 17 years of age will need to be accompanied and supervised by an Adult.
• Infants are 2 years and under and are free of charge
• Concession price are available to Australian Senior Citizens, Students, Pensioners and Disabled Visitors. Presentation of a recognized Seniors, Students, Pension or Carer Card required upon entry (physical or digital)
